Why It Matters
This series aims to highlight the journeys and insights of 25 young directors who are challenging the status quo of non-profit governance. While Canadian youth aged 18-30 are actively involved in volunteering, youth representation on governance boards remains low.
Through compelling stories and profiles, we illuminate insights on involving youth, positive contributions youth directors are making, and what young people see as the future of governance. We are looking for young board directors, aged 18-30 from across Canada to feature in this series.
