A pop-up window will appear. Opt for the ‘Profile’ option to proceed to update your email address.
Please bear in mind that any changes made to your email address via MailChimp will be synchronized with our membership system daily. For a permanent update to your email address, it’s essential to log in directly to futureofgood.co.
Absolutely! To switch your plan, just navigate to the ‘Change Plan’ option located here or on the Edit Profile page after logging in. Upon selecting ‘Subscriptions,’ your plan will be updated right away, and you’ll be billed a prorated amount for the transition.

If you decide to cancel, your subscription will remain active until its expiration date, which is one month from your last payment (for monthly plans). Please note that refunds or returns for any remaining subscription time are not available.

By default, 20 seats come with each team membership. But you can add additional people to your membership if your team exceeds 20 people for a fee per additional person. Click on your type of organization under “Smart Group” and simply click the + icon to add as many seats as you like next to the “included members” box.
