James Chan is the places writer for Future of Good. He helps bring together people, places, and programs in the areas of social innovation, civic participation, and equitable urbanism. He co-founded Ottawa Civic Tech, served on Code for Canada's Board of Directors, and currently manages VERGE Capital at Pillar Nonprofit Network.
