Bethany Lindsay is a B.C. journalist focused on white-collar crime. She has reported for CBC News, the Vancouver Sun, CTV News, the Cambodia Daily and the North Shore News. In her nearly two decades as a journalist, she has covered the courts, crime, health care, pseudoscience, climate change, professional regulation, international conflicts and the first trial at the Khmer Rouge Tribunal. She won an RTDNA data journalism award for her investigation into B.C.’s administrative civil forfeiture regime, and has received awards for her reporting on the COVID-19 pandemic and cultural appropriation in fashion. When she’s not working, you can usually find her exploring the city by bike or cuddling up with her two cats and a book.
