Jane is Chief Program Officer for the McConnell Foundation, which envisions a resilient, inclusive and sustainable society, providing funding and support to partners taking action on climate change, advancing reconciliation and Indigenous leadership, and working to decrease systemic barriers faced by equity-deserving groups.
